Account Deletion

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your email address and username will be removed from our servers. Local app data (sessions, galaxy, Stardust) can be removed separately inside the app.

What will be deleted

Your Stellar Focus account credentials (email address and username) stored on Supabase servers
Authentication data associated with your account

Note: Your focus session data, galaxy, Stardust balance, missions, and achievements are stored locally on your device only and are not held on our servers. To delete this local data, use Settings → Reset All Data inside the app.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)

Open Stellar Focus → go to Settings → tap Request Account Deletion. This will open your email app with a pre-filled deletion request. Send the email and we will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us directly

Send an email to stellarfocus.support@gmail.com with:

Subject: Stellar Focus account deletion request
Your account email address
A short note confirming you want your account deleted

Send deletion request

We will confirm deletion by replying to your email within 30 days. If you do not receive a reply within that window, please check your spam folder or contact us again.

Data we may retain

We do not retain your Stellar Focus account data after your deletion request has been processed, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate record-keeping purposes. If any data must be retained, it will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

After deletion

You will no longer be able to sign in to Stellar Focus with that account.
Local app data on your device will remain unless you also use Reset All Data inside the app.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to use Stellar Focus again you will need to create a new account.
